KW Viva, a Keller Williams Portugal franchisee, celebrated the 2nd year of life of its Market Center in Coimbra. A toast to success!
Last Friday, January 26, the real estate company KW Viva, celebrated its 2nd anniversary, at a party that brought together all its associates, representatives of the Banking and other business partners.
KW Viva intends to assert itself as "a leader in Coimbra in the exclusive real estate collection". With an extraordinary growth of 327% compared to the previous year , KW Viva intends to open a 3rd Market Center , with the aim of expanding the area of intervention.
This was one of the novelties presented at the second anniversary party that brought together, at the Tertúlia d'Eventos space, the entire KW Viva Coimbra team, KW Portugal, banking, investors and other business partners.
Mauro Fonseca, who together with Miguel Pereira da Silva, opened KW Viva in Coimbra, the first Keller Williams (KW) franchise in the Centro region, explained to the Diário de Coimbra:
The objectives for 2018 are to “affirm KW Viva as the best real estate company in Coimbra”. To this end, "the team of 46 employees will continue to work with tenacity and rigor in order to guarantee significant growth".
In the presentation that KW Viva made during the anniversary celebration, the management team also took stock of the first two years in Coimbra, considering it «extraordinary». Mauro Fonseca also announced that the location is being studied for the opening of a third Market Center , remembering that in 2017, the franchisees of Coimbra opened their second Market Center in Leiria and that it is also being a success.
KW Viva was the first Keller Williams franchise in the center of the country and already has another Market Center in Leiria .
