Keller Williams, the largest real estate franchising company in the world, in number of real estate consultants, has just opened a new Market Center in Coimbra, managed by KW Viva, starting to serve the center of the country and fulfilling the strategy of covering the entire national territory.
The new Market Center will have, in an initial phase, about 30 employees and allows the Keller Williams chain to be present in the center of the country.
According to Eduardo Garcia e Costa, Regional Owner of KW Portugal:
The natural evolutionary process of our expansion strategy took us to the center of the country, where there is a whole market to explore.
Nuno Ascensão, Regional Owner of Keller Williams Portugal, stated that:
This new market center in Coimbra allows KW Portugal to reach, in just over a year of activity, a total representation from north to south of the country, effectively becoming a network with national coverage.
This Market Center is the first step of KW Viva in its strategy of implantation in the central region of the country. For Mauro Fonseca, the administrator of the new Market Center:
We believe that by implementing KW's know-how we will be able to develop a project of excellence and even be able to open another Market Center in our region. KW Viva, aims to be the reference company in Coimbra and we also want a national highlight.
For Miguel Pereira da Silva, administrator of KW VIVA:
We found that in terms of training and monitoring, KW offers possibilities that do not exist in any other player.
Keller Williams began its process of expansion and internationalization in Europe by betting heavily on Portugal, the first European country to receive the American brand of Real Estate Franchising based in Texas. After just over 1 year, Keller Williams Portugal has already positioned itself as the 3rd real estate franchising brand in Portugal, being represented through 13 Market Centers and more than 650 real estate consultants.
