KW Ábaco transacts as many properties until Sept. 2017 as in the previous year

2017 is proving to be an exceptional year for real estate mediation in Portuga, more specifically in Lisbon and Porto. KW Ábaco is no exception and revealed that, in the first 9 months of 2017, it already exceeded the volume of properties traded throughout the year 2016.

Regarding this growth, Nuno Ascensão, Operating Principal of KW ÁBACO, stated that:

We added to Ábaco's strong presence in the Lisbon market the best training in the real estate sector. The result is an increase in the productivity of our consultants. This cumulative result leads us to extraordinary results.

This Market Center also revealed that August was the best billing month since the company's foundation. Now, with a new growth record, in which more than 170 million euros are accounted for in real estate transactions, KW Ábaco predicts that this growth rate may accelerate next year, based on this forecast the presumed increase in the productivity of its employees. consultants thanks to two innovations that KW Portugal introduced in 2017:
