Results for the 3rd quarter of 2016
- The consultants closed 279,289 transactions in the third quarter, 12.7% above the same quarter of 2015.
- The consultants closed 71.3 billion euros in sales volume, an increase of 15.2% over the same quarter of 2015.
- Franchisees' profit grew 7.5% in the quarter, when compared to the same quarter of 2015.
- Profit sharing increased 10.4% compared to the third quarter of 2015, to 40.1 million euros.
Accumulated results for the year (until September 30)
- The KW franchise brings together more than 152,000 global associates , an increase of 16.8% over the same period in 2015.
- The number of closed transactions totaled 739.548 units, an increase of 15.5% over the same period last year.
- Sales volume was 186.73 billion euros, 18.9% above the first nine months of 2015.
- The franchisee's profit was 128.3 million euros, an increase of 14.2% over the same period last year.
- Profit sharing was 110.36 million euros, an increase of 17.1% over the first 9 months of 2015.
