A TAN ou Taxa Anual Nominal é a taxa que serve de referência para o cálculo dos juros dos empréstimos à habitação, consta nos contratos de crédito e corresponde ao perÃodo de 1 ano.
Para se determinar os valores semestrais, trimestrais ou mensais do montante de juros a pagar, terá que se dividir por 6, 4 ou 12 parcelas.
