2021 was the sixth year in which I had the pride and pleasure of achieving exceptional results, in an activity in which I had no previous professional experience.
I was awarded the Triple Platinum diploma, the second of my short career at KW , a level only accessible to very few consultants and which reflects exceptional individual performance! To reach this level, it is necessary for the consultant to carry out many real estate transactions for a year, collecting commissions, for himself and for KW, in excess of 500,000 Euros.
The first Triple Platinum I got was in 2019, the year before the Covid-19 Pandemic. The world has changed a lot however. Competition in the real estate activity increased, the scarcity of new properties was a constraint, housing credit (although with historically low interest rates) became less accessible, etc., etc. It is in these moments that our effort and merit is put to the test. This is an activity where no one can rest on their laurels. I know I didn't!
Consistency is not the result of luck, but of our ability to differentiate ourselves in a positive way. My clients continued to trust me... over and over, over and over. It's a good sign. It's a sign that we're all doing a good job, me and all my colleagues who bet on this great brand: Keller Williams!
I remember that in 2021 I was the Nº1 Individual Consultant , in terms of the total volume of business carried out, in a universe of approximately 2,500 consultants from Keller Williams Portugal.
