Prata Riverside Village is a real estate development designed two decades ago, whose construction began in 2019 and whose execution has taken place in a phased manner since then.

Located in the old riverside industrial area of Lisbon, in Marvila, the new residential complex is located in Parque Ribeirinho Oriente, in the area of Braço de Prata / Doca do Poço do Bispo and is developed on the bank of the Tagus River facing east, in a 1.5 km strip with more than 16 hectares. The paradigm involves connecting nature and the Tagus estuary with the inhabitants of Lisbon, through an integrative proposal as part of a wider functional and landscape unit, served by commerce, services, cultural facilities, green areas and leisure spaces.

The architectural design of the entire development is by the iconic architect Renzo Piano. All apartments - with typologies ranging from T0 to T4 - have balconies with river views, parking in the private garage, gardens and terraces of the condominium, premium finishes to which are added the generous areas, light, energy sustainability and the highest comfort acoustic, creating the perfect combination for your well-being.

The project's intervention plan is divided into 9 main lots, with the construction of 781 apartments planned. In each phase, a plot of land is sold, with 2 or more buildings, with an associated commercial name:

• The One, Riverside and West buildings have been built and fully sold so far.
• The Urban (end of construction scheduled for 1st Quarter 2023) and Square (2nd Quarter 2023) buildings are currently being sold.
• Very soon, the sale of the Park building will begin, in Lot 6, on the first line of the river.
