We reached the end of the year 2021 and December confirmed me as the individual real estate consultant that sold the most during this year, at KW Portugal. This distinction regarding the 1st place in the National Top of Keller Williams Portugal, concerns the accumulated turnover during the year 2021, among about 2,500 consultants from all over the country!
For the 5th consecutive year, I achieved an exceptional result, much of which is due to Keller Wiliams, the largest real estate network in the world (in number of professionals), Market Center KW Sol (the largest real estate agency in Oeiras) and all colleagues and customers who trusted me and helped me get here.
Nothing happens by chance. It is clear that the effort and commitment I dedicate to this activity were decisive, but working for a top brand worldwide was an essential help to get here.
But not everything was easy. The COVID-19 pandemic, for the 2nd year, brought new challenges and added difficulties. However, I ended the year with a Triple Platinum award and improved the results compared to 2019. Many of the deeds that were scheduled for 2020 had to be postponed, due to delays in issuing the respective user licenses and the impact that inflation is having. to have on the construction costs of new houses, postponing and delaying their completion. If it weren't for these obstacles, 2021 would have been my record year.
It is in these special moments that each real estate consultant is put to the test: either he is reinforced and guarantees success for the coming years, or his weaknesses are more exposed . In 2021 I did well, but in 2022 I set the bar even higher. New challenges will arise, with new stages that I hope to reach within this great global brand of real estate!
