With or without Covid, with or without war, Keller Williams continues to score points all over the world. KW Portugal increased its business volume by 62% in the first quarter of the year and surpassed the mark of 2600 associates, spread over 31 Market Centers.
In the same alignment, KW Internacional, in the first quarter of 2022, grew 10.5% in turnover in the USA and Canada and 25.9% in the rest of the world, now counting on 2 more regions, Brazil - (São Paulo) and Saudi Arabia, in a global total of 190,000 members!

Despite the recognized setbacks: war, pandemic, inflation, rising interest rates, housing shortages, etc., my first 4 months of 2022 were the strongest ever.
Since January, I have held the first place in the National Top Individual Consultants of KW Portugal and in April I was also the consultant with the highest turnover in the month.
KW Portugal grows 62% in turnover in the first quarter of 2022
Keller Williams Portugal maintained the strong pace of growth registered in the previous year and saw the turnover of its consultants grow by 62% compared to the same period in 2021, totaling around 620 million euros.

This evolution reveals that the fact that KW continues to grow significantly above the market pace is largely due to the competitiveness of our business model; the numbers show that the superior value proposition offered to our consultants, namely through training and coaching, prepares consultants to achieve success whatever the market cycle they face, translating first and foremost in increasing their productivity .
Currently, KW Portugal has a total of 31 Market Centers and more than 2,600 associates and its vision is to reach 50 Market Centers and 10,000 real estate consultants.

In the first quarter of 2022, KW consultants exceeded the sales volume of the previous first quarter and maintained the high standards that the world's largest real estate franchising company in the world, by number of professionals, has already accustomed us to.
Outperforming its competitors, KW US and Canada increased sales volume by more than 10% over the first quarter of 2021.
As of March 31, 2022, Keller Williams has 189,644 agents worldwide , 173,944 consultants in the United States and Canada, and 15,700 agents in other regions. In the first quarter of 2022, KW added an additional 1,523 consultants to its network, spread across more than 1,100 offices, an increase of 21.6% over the first quarter of 2021.
Two more regions were added to the regions where KW already operated: Brazil - (São Paulo) and Saudi Arabia . KW Worldwide currently has 57 regions:
