Lisbon is one of the cities that plays an important role in the growth of KW in Portugal
According to Eduardo Garcia e Costa, Regional Owner of KW Portugal, “the results we achieved in our first year of activity exceeded all of our expectations and we are very satisfied, representing the best start-up of a new network in Portugal”.
The numbers are impressive considering that the activity of the biggest real estate company in the USA and Canada, Keller Williams , started in Portugal only in September 2014.
KW Portugal plans to ascend to the 3rd position in the national real estate ranking in 2016. According to Nuno Ascensão, Keller Williams Portugal Regional Owner “This is the support infrastructure for the network of consultants that will grow in 2016 from 642 to more than 1,000 consultants, at which point we will become the third largest network of real estate consultants in Portugal”
Keller Williams real estate consultants are distributed throughout the country associated with 11 agencies: Abóboda, Alcantarilha, Benfica, Braga, Campo Pequeno, Campo de Ourique, Cascais, Famalicão, Portimão, Porto, Vila Nova de Gaia and Coimbra.
