Lisbon Real Estate Exhibition - 2016

SIL - Salão Imobiliário de Portugal is already in its 18th edition and this year it will be held again at Parque das Nações - Lisbon International Fair (FIL) - 5th to 9th October. As always, "full house" is expected because the numbers for 2015 were impressive: almost 50,000 visitors and more than 200 exhibitors.

This is a fair that attracts exhibitors, investors and the general public, looking for opportunities to buy a home. But at the same time, you can take the opportunity to visit the adjoining spaces where the InterCasa , Lisboa Design Show and Vintage Festival will take place simultaneously.

In the field of real estate, these fairs are very important because they allow the strengthening of professional contacts and provide, in a short time, opportunities between supply and demand, on a scale difficult to reach through the normal activity of a consultant. That is why I will be there, since KW-Keller Williams Portugal will be represented again, with the support of its franchisees, including the one I am associated with: KWPr1me .

The internationalization of the real estate market is the watchword that has mobilized the activity of the last years of many real estate agents, and Keller Williams is no exception. This year, we expect a strong presence of foreign visitors, with special emphasis on China, France, United Arab Emirates, Brazil and other PALOPs , etc.

During these 5 days, there will be several events, conferences and initiatives such as “ Speed Networking ” (with the objective of fostering the creation of partnerships at international level) organized by the Confederation of Construction and Real Estate of Portuguese Official Language (CIMLOP). The SIL Real Estate Awards will also be highlighted , for quality and innovation projects in several areas of this branch.Urban rehabilitation and energy efficiency are just some of the themes for which applications have been opened and whose winners will be awarded on the 5th.

The Hall will be open to the public from 2 pm to 8 pm on October 5th to 9th. The ticket price is 5 euros, with discounts for students, young people or seniors. For children up to ten years old, admission is free.
