Bank evaluation is an important and mandatory step for anyone who decides to use a bank loan. It is based on bank evaluation that credit and leasing entities decide whether or not to approve and what financial amounts and guarantees are involved. INE published the Survey on Banking Evaluation in Housing, for the month of December 2015. This confirms the trend of increasing appreciation of the price per m² of apartments and houses in the regions of Lisbon, Sintra, Oeiras and Cascais.
