In April 2017, the 2nd edition of the KW Family Reunion took place in Portugal and this time it took place in the Algarve, more specifically at the Grande Real Santa Eulalia Resort & Hotel Spa. I was present with over 500 fellow consultants from Keller Williams Portugal!

This year the main theme was " BEING - DOING - HAVING ".

SER : MINDSET | LEADERSHIP | CULTURE, DOING: LEADS | LISTINGS | LEVERAGE and TER: GRATITUDE | CONTRIBUTION | TESTIMONIALS.

The event took place in the magnificent development of Grande Real Santa Eulalia where, in addition to exchanging experiences and sharing information about the career of a real estate consultant, it was attended by:

  • The KW consultants: Miguel Abreu Peixoto / Armando Fonseca transmitted their experience, in order to guide the consultants who have just arrived at KW to take advantage of the Keller Williams models and systems.

However, only those who want to be helped can be helped. "

  • Eduardo Garcia and Costa and Nuno Ascension f alaram on one of the key themes of Keller Williams: "Culture is a fundamental element of KW.For the model to work well, the human factor has to be well tuned, otherwise it doesn't work. What is Culture? Because it's important? What are the values that guide us? What are the elements of Culture? What does Integrity Mean? And what is the role of 'Growth Share' and 'Standards'. "
  • Bruno Martins - In a property market where a large percentage of buyers are investors there is an opportunity in the market to be explored. He talked about how to capture them, what expectations they have, what value we bring them and how we foster a lasting and profitable relationship for both.
  • Luxury Real Estate was the theme brought up by Bernadette Cailleux, Miguel Aguiar and Sérgio Carmo . Getting luxury properties requires a different value proposition and a different service. Work clients for these properties as well, especially if they are foreigners.
