Why is it so important to be a Capper? For me, who channel a substantial part of my remuneration to investing in the promotion and marketing of my clients' properties, it is really important.
I believe that without this investment it would be more difficult to achieve the success I have had in selling and leasing the properties I have in my portfolio. And having satisfied customers is the best reward a consultant can have in this activity.
